    I wasn’t even hungry last night, but I ate 10 mini éclairs.

    When I’m sane, I can defrost 2 or 3 of the things and have them as a treat. Like this, I didn’t even wait for them to defrost.

    Yeah, I need to re-program myself. Again. :muted:

    Did I tell you the best diet tip I ever heard? It’s from noted dietician Leslie Bonci, whose office I gave a reverent look when I walked past it.
