I am shocked he was in the bottom three to start with which i think just goes to prove America will vote Race over talent when it comes to keeping one black in the competition no matter how many weeks ago she should have been gone.

Well, I’m not saying that there aren’t more who should and will go, but I think America got it right this time. As Simon would say: “Sorry”. I think he was the worst this week. On the other hand, perhaps he should’ve gotten some slack since other performances were good. Actually, at the start of this season I thought the field was so very talented that it would be hard to narrow it down…but as the weeks go on, I find myself less and less enamored. Of course, I still think all of them talented and brave.

June – it’s hard when it gets nearer to the end to see people you’ve grown attached to leave, but there are definitely a couple of others that are not even close to the talents that are in this group and though they have nights when the song is just right – the fact that they have to “choose a better song” means they aren’t there yet vocally/talent wise (in my own opinion). I loved Michael’s performance. I thought Simon was dead wrong about him, and I usually see his point.
