(Update: I converted the thing to a windows media file and it’s much smaller and faster loading, sorry about that humongo file!) I’ll get back over there when the tags go up, in the evening, when there isn’t a funky glare from the street.

These are all available for purchase, so if you’re interested in any of them you can contact me for pricing and I can give you the number to call MidCoast Fine Arts to purchase through the gallery.

Here’s a YouTube, since it seems to be a universal viewer:

Here you go, the last set to complete a 16 set series of “Eye Ate It” paintings that will be presented as part of my exhibition that begins – WEDNESDAY. Yes. Wednesday. I have 2 days to complete my biggest, largest most complicated painting for the show now.

These should be easy guesses, and now I’m starving – because my kids ate all my painting subjects. Dangit. I swear, as soon as I had the painting finished, they snagged it and ran. In fact, Chickey is standing right in front of me right now saying “Are you done painting the Eye Ate It’s?” and I said “yeeeessss” and she said “Can I go get the rest of the candy now?” and of course, my reply was “yeeeessssss”.

Grumble, grumble, grumble
(that’s my tummy)

(Yes I’ll put them all together when I’m finished for you to eat up, you know, that’s a lot of Eye Candy. Save your <strike>appetite</strike> eyepetite. :winking:)

Happy guessing!

P.S. Got ice? We do! On a normal day, that bush is not so vertically challenged. I think it may split in half. Can’t go out, you might get pelted by the ice cube sized stuff breaking off the trees. One more – look at our coated power lines. (Hoping they don’t snap!)

Here’s #4 in the Eye Ate It™ series, a brown M&M on an orange dish. I know a few of you who are really going to have a sweet tooth after you see this one, and I will not apologize for that. I’ve been sitting here snarfing them down, so please – go get yourself a bag and try to catch up, would you? My Hips & I would appreciate it if you did.

One set is now complete in my Eye Ate It™ series. They look awfully tasty together, see?

As shown:
#1: Walnut, #3: Blackberry
#4: Brown M&M, #2: Goldfish

I’m really enjoying painting these little 4×4′s. It’s stretching my brain, and I feel like I’m getting a really great refresher in depth, shadow and dimension. Who knew these tasty treats would teach me so much?

Enjoy. :)

I just completed #3 in the Eye Ate It™ Series, a nice plump Blackberry. Unfortunately, my poor little perishable looks pathetic now next to its sweet and former self of a painting, so Eye May Not Eat It this time around. I have, however, eaten a few of its cell mates. (cellophane – hahaha. get it?)

4-inches square (all of them in the series will be this size), a perfect sized oil painting for bite sized goodness.

I’ve added the scans of the first two in the series to my gallery today as well. You can see them here:
