Custom Dog Portrait : Mackie

Medium: Oil on gallery wrapped canvas

Notes: My client asked me to paint a portrait to gift to his wife on Christmas morning, and provided me their engagement photo as reference.

Working it on a good sized canvas, the finished 12×16 piece is quite detailed in person.

One of my best clients, they have commissioned at least a half dozen paintings and drawings and have quite a growing collection of original art!

Custom Chihuahua Portrait : Cano

Medium: Oil on canvas panel

Notes: My client wanted to present his wife with a loving memorial portrait of their beloved Greyhound Effee, who recently passed over the rainbow bridge.

He provided several beautiful photos to reference color, and chose this one to base her portrait on.

I completed the painting in November, and held it closer to Christmas before shipping so that he could present it to her Christmas morning.
