Medium: Oil Painting

Notes: I was commissioned by Dr. Bordwell to create a pig that reflected his practice (eyecare) as well as his family history – Bordwell Feeds. A lot of detail (and hair!) can be found on this pig, from his blue eyes behind gold specs right down to the seed in the feed bags – and the farmer pouring feed into a trough by the farm. There are three oil paintings in one on this pig. It’s a very vivid show piece that will be on display in front of his practice for years to come.
