LOL! I like the chili flavored Fritos…but if you really wanna see a bag of chips disappear…get me a bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos. I’m terrible about them.
Mmmm! Somebody said Frito Pie! Frito’s, chili & cheese. And if you’re crazy like me, you serve it all on a bed of rice. Oh so good. Dammit. Now I’m hungry…
My mom makes something we call Taco Hotdish, which sounds like it’s similar to what people here are calling Frito Pie. It’s layers of Fritos, cabbage, chili, and cheese. Kind of like a taco salad in layers but hot and with cabbage (because it doesn’t get wilty). Sounds a little weird, but it is SO yummy! My husband likes it so much he asks her to make it every time we go there.
Fritos are yummilicious! Yesterday as I looked at the vending machine I was torn between Fritos and Cool Ranch Doritos. The Doritos won, maybe the Fritos will today. 🙂
