    It’s definitely a real bird, I sent him down to do a fly-by over Erikie’s head for saying that.

    It’s just one of those things – between being ready to shoot and that they seem to pose, I get a pretty good shot in every now and then. (Would anyone feel better if I also posted thumbs of all the bad shots I took to get this one?)

    Beautiful birdie!!

    I shot a photo of an egret through my family room windows, and the shot had to go through the pane glass and also the screen. The birds are so easily spooked, that I was shooting just as soon as I got my camera. no time to set and compose.

    So the photo came out a little blurry, but cropped, it looked ok. and yet, someone asked me if the bird was real! LOL
