  • Who’s on Bass

I forgot to post this pic of Martina’s Bass player. It’s so moody and jazzy and c o o l .

Did I mention I filed our taxes already? I did. And now I’m thinking about ripping out a few more walls in our house, but not before I finish the blog design I’m working on – and the custom dog portrait that is waiting in my studio.

So little to do, so much time.

    Scratch that, reverse it.

(Thanks Mr. Wonka, that will forever be stuck in my head.)

We’ve been looking at houses, too. We’d like to move far far away from this stupid snow. I’ve found two homes that are completely out of our price range but they’re beautiful and I want them. Which one can you “see me in”?

    He is way cool.

I like the first house better. It is so open and light.

Maybe the pictures were just dark for the second one. I did like the tower/round room in the front.

If we move it would be to Northern Vt on the Canadian Border. I can’t imagine not being somewhat close to family. Although I hear it is much cheaper to live in the mid-west.

Oooh, I like them both. Although it’s fun, I try not to look online at other homes because it makes me dislike mine! Good luck with the house shopping!

Love the band pic of the bass player… reminds me of the old jazz clubs I used to frequent.

Tennessee is not the place to move to escape the snow!! Farther south girlfriend!! :cold::winking:

I prefer the Southern Belle Home. So much potential! Do you like Martina with long hair? I preferred her with the short, shaggy do. But I love her voice!

The first one is super nice, I love how open it is. The second one looks kind of…haunted. Seriously, up on that hill all by itself, dark and closed in like that.

The first house didn’t come up for me (link went to main page), but the second is gorgeous!

    WOW on the taxes, already!

You are one busy lady – gimme some of your energy would ya! I love the 1st house and the 2nd house isn’t too shabby either. I am here in Fremont, CA (Bay Area) and either house here would be close to a million. I can’t believe how cheap they are. It blows me away. I pay $1410.00 a month for a damn apartment, can you believe that? What state are those houses in?

Great photo of the bass player. Thanks for sharing it.

Wow… those housing prices are pretty damn good. Housing costs in my neck of the woods has totally ballooned into absurdity. Tennesse… do they have a lot of insects and humidity there?

Oh, I am so all about that first one!!!! And I am totally going to throw up at the cost. I swear, I live in the highest/rape/taxes/inflated market.

holy she-ite! :jawdrop: WTF? I’d take either of them at that price :duh: I just spent 2 days searching all possibilities for us in the town we ARE moving too and came up with 2 houses that could both fit inside YOUR dream house…but at twice the cost. Sigh…

I really love them both. I think the 1st one is beautiful but seems :pleasantry:prissy :pleasantry:. The second one seems more homey which is how I picture you. But they are both beautiful! And I am with the others, those are dirt cheap compared to what you would get around here for the same price.
