June – it’s hard when it gets nearer to the end to see people you’ve grown attached to leave, but there are definitely a couple of others that are not even close to the talents that are in this group and though they have nights when the song is just right – the fact that they have to “choose a better song” means they aren’t there yet vocally/talent wise (in my own opinion). I loved Michael’s performance. I thought Simon was dead wrong about him, and I usually see his point. 🙁

InterstellarLass – I thought for sure I knew who was going – all I knew is that I thought Michael would be in the top two. He has an incredible voice and range and I’ll buy every album/song he puts out, I’m sure.

Well, I'm not saying that there aren't more who should and will go, but I think America got it right this time. As Simon would say: "Sorry". I think he was the worst this week. On the other hand, perhaps he should've gotten some slack since other performances were good. Actually, at the start of this season I thought the field was so very talented that it would be hard to narrow it down...but as the weeks go on, I find myself less and less enamored.
