Project: Custom WordPress Site Design
Notes: Susan needed an upgrade from her previous site design not only to include her latest book, but she wanted the added functionality of blogging as well as being able to manage her own content.
I put together a super clean WordPress design, set up content and created a few book graphics and gave her the reins. Not only did she dig in and learn the ropes within WordPress, but her already great readership and fan base made her site take off in no time!

Notes: At present, Kimberly’s site has a landing page or business card design. This allows her to collectively display the multiple projects she’s got her hands in, and also gives her the flexibility to expand that site and bring content over from other areas.
Future development will include additional design elements, blogging functionality, merging archives from other locations, as well as offering products and services – all bundled up within one installation of WordPress.

Notes: Cathy contacted me for a complete overhaul of her Washington DC (and surrounding areas) cleaning business website, Upper Crust Maids. She really wanted something beautiful, clean, easy to manage – with the functionality of a blog. I designed a lovely blue site for her and installed WordPress along with some great plugins that give her the functionality she needs for contact forms, questionnaires, and estimates. I was thrilled to hear how her business has exploded since the launch of her site!

Project: Custom WordPress Site Design
Notes: This custom WordPress site design project includes extensive custom code for multiple page elements across the site. The site features a dropdown menu, and implements the NextGen plugin galleries and slideshow features. Developed entirely in WordPress, the previous html pages were dropped and fresh new content was added to this rich template that features the fantastic woodworking products available through Altium Design Group.

Notes: This custom WordPress design includes a large slideshow of work from ten of the best Houston Wedding Photographers for brides to choose from right on the landing page.
Custom author pages allow guests to contact either one select vendor, or all vendors at once – making photographer selection easy on any bride!
The design also incorporates a blog, which feeds in recent posts from those photographers sites.

Notes: Custom Twitter Background for Kimberly of Petroville.com
I designed Kimberly’s blog, so it made sense that eventually she would have a coordinating Twitter background! I kept her on her scooter and used the skyline and road for the menu area.

Project: Custom WordPress Blog Design
Notes: Professional fitness guru Joey Atlas wanted to create a “hub” for his multiple fitness sites. I customized a home page template to highlight his involvement in social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook, and included the RSS feeds from all of his sites as well as displayed recent articles on his official site in a very slick design.

Project: Custom Site & Blog Design
Notes: This custom site design includes a separate, custom home page as well as a blog, though the whole site is wrapped up in one design and includes one installation of WordPress as well as a forum, vBulletin, which I customized to integrate seamlessly within the site design.

Project: Custom WordPress Blog Design
Notes: This creative custom blog design was visualized by my client. I turned her vision into graphics, and then turned those graphics into CSS and customized templates using the best blogging platform ever, WordPress.
Rotating colored coffee mugs, post-it notes, notebook paper and customizations to the Next Gen gallery plugin are just a few of the fun features included in this blog design.
