Medium: Graphite Pencil Drawing
Notes: This lovely dog portrait may be small, but when paired with a gallery mat and large 11×14 frame, it was the perfect gift for my client to send to her aunt, who was heartbroken at the loss of her special friend. It is always an honor to play any part in helping others remember and cherish the friendship the bond they shared with their companion.

Notes: My client asked me to create a portrait of Salem by combining her favorite pose as well as the rug that Salem can frequently be found sunbathing on. She would be pairing Salem’s portrait with a previous portrait she’d commissioned of her long haired Siamese kitty, Zoey.
As with Zoey’s portrait, I worked from several photos that my client mailed and was able to create a portrait that would create a lovely wall composition for her to cherish her darling cats for years to come.

Notes: My fourth portrait of Moggie is a full color oil painting on a linen canvas panel. I have enjoyed working each portrait of Moggie and this one was no exception!
My client sent along photos of all of the portraits I’ve created for them of Moggie and it is a privilege to be able to share them with you. Have a look at their framed portrait collection by clicking right here. Enjoy!

This lovely portrait was framed by my client and presented as a gift, and was very well received.
I do not often paint horses, and really enjoyed working on this piece!

Notes: Max’s is a handful of Golden Retriever puppy – this portrait depicts him just after he finished digging and getting his nose dirty, looking up at you with those innocent puppy eyes!
I completed his portrait in oils on gallery wrapped canvas, so the cobblestone (and his tail) wrap around the sides of the painting, a stunning three dimensional puppy portrait!

Notes: Gingie’s portrait was done in oil on gallery wrapped canvas, ready to hang on the wall right out of the box!
