					<description><![CDATA[We call him Bubba because he&#039;s our adopted stray from Alabama.  He found us during our stay at the lake, which happened to be during Hurricane Dennis.  That &quot;hurricane&quot; actually turned out to be only a tropical storm, and not all that serious.  But, with the way this poor little stray kitten acted, you would have thought it was the end of the world as he knew it.  He was a stray that hung around the outside of the house looking for scraps of food - but on the day of the hurricane storm, he so desperately wanted inside - he was literally climbing the windows to get it.

Being the soft hearted, cat loving folks that we are - we decided to bring him in from the storm - - determined NOT to fall in love with him.  That lasted about 2 seconds, because once he was inside, it was a done deal.  A week later, we packed up all of our stuff, including the cute stray white and tan kitten - we named him Bubba, and then drove back home to Wisconsin where he still scrounges for scraps and acts like a scardy cat during storms.
