					<description><![CDATA[Thanks, Laura - it ended up being a kidney/bladder infection/UTI, and it left as fast as it arrived, thankfully!  I&#039;m still on antibiotics and a pain killer but felt SO much better within about 10 hours of starting the medication.  They&#039;re crazy painful, I&#039;ve never had one and would prefer never to get another one!
