The kids and I had just gotten inside: safe and sound when the sky opened up! Fortunately, no damage this time to this house! My husband was out of town. We’ve had 3 different trees fall on 3 different houses over the past 7 years. It’s taken me that long to surrender my fears totally to God where I am able to have some sort of peace during those scary times! Otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to appreciate and agree with you: “How Great Thou Art!” God bless you and your sweet family – I love the braids on your daughter also!!!

The last three tree pictures look so human in their “body language” – look like they are fighting with each other: the left one took the right one by surprise and got in his face, then they started shouting face to face. Then, either they are just peacefully in the calm that followed, forehead to forehead, or the right one is exerting a bit more pressure on the other. 😆

I keep saying “Where is Superman when we need him to move the water around!”
Great shots of the wind and I agree on your humming. Majestic and scary all at the same time.

When we lived in Wyoming we had a tornado cloud form right between my house and the one next door. We just stood outside watching it. It never touched down…I think God was making sure it didn’t cuz we were standing outside.
