I settled, for many years. The one man I wanted I couldn&#8217;t have. Then I stopped dating, stopped looking, enjoyed life&#8230;and along comes Dave, back into my life after 30+ years. And it is just the most amazing fit!</p>

<p>I hate that you had that feeling of deep sadness when 1) he didn&#8217;t get the watch for you and 2) when you realized he wasn&#8217;t the one. It hurts so terribly when you feel discarded and unwanted and just so completely at sea. But the feeling of soaring when you discover your wings aren&#8217;t bound, when you realize happiness is something within your reach&#8230;within your heart&#8230;<em>THAT</em> is the greatest feeling of all. </p>
