I carefully break an egg [2006-03-17 18:10] I do not know exactly what is going on. At the beginning of the broken one egg I care, and the egg yolk protein separation, intends to do a turkey Hamburg. But that moment I had been broken eggs fascinate me, that the totality towels, the light shines from, and the luster of eggshell, it is so fascinating. I think this may be the eggshell still maintained a small gap before the full U.S. it may seem inconceivable, but also because I may be too fanatical about photography, want to see what are down. One artist vision, a broken egg, a crude towels, the light went around the bar, plus a small description text. What will become of the site works. The author contacted are normal, ordinary life but not read out from the ordinary life of ordinary colors. He used the camera as a dull world, dull, but true. Dull, it beautiful. Seems you have a fan…though one who isn’t being quite nice about leaving your copyright on your photos! Not cool! 😡

The bottom left side is where my copyright info has been cropped away. Hopefully they replace it with the full image that includes the copyright – should the author read through this entry today.
The egg is in tact, so to speak, and both of the pages linked back which is also a requirement, so that’s all good.
Copyright is pretty tricky – and unfortunately not enough people are aware of it. Just because it’s on the internet doesn’t mean it’s a free-for-all.

The pic of the egg was reduced and in the margin on the left side. With the doggy, it appeared on the right side, in all the fur and I could only see what I thought to be a pattern that might destinguish the letters. I couldn’t actually read it. But it looked like it was there in some form.
But I agree, unaltered in any fashion is the way to go. Interpretations of copyright law get pretty tricky when you allow even the slightest infringement.

I just hope that in the future, they are more sensitive to my copyrights. I’ve tried to ask about that one, but no reply as of yet. It’s hard when I don’t have those characters on my keyboard – and wouldn’t know how to use them even if I did!
😉
It sounds like what was written was quite flattering. Color me blushing!

Wed, 19 Apr 2006 13:23:54 +0000http://intricateart.com/blog/?p=1271#comment-6755It would seem to me that they gave you credit and are huge fans of your work, as they well should be I might add. It would seem that it was likely an innocent mistake since they gave you credit. I would just politely ask them to review your terms of use if they would like to continue to use your work and in the future to not remove the copyright. Have a most beautiful day and why don’t you come see me soon! I’m missing my friend.
