					<description><![CDATA[Thanks for popping in, Matt.  I&#039;m sure many of us who have 10-15 windows open at a time can appreciate the intent, but having to grab a new window in the middle of a post really isn&#039;t an efficient  way for me to work.

I am very glad to see that Rob created a plugin so fast.  I&#039;ve restored the core files and installed the plugin - works like a charm.
