Whee!

My sister came in for a visit (and ended up escorting us to numerous doctor appointments) yesterday, and we managed to quickly rummage through some old photographs. I found this one, which I’ve looked for on several occasions. This was taken my Senior Prom day, waaay back in 1989.

The reason I show you this now? Cause this young studly lookin’ guy is having a birthday this weekend! Seeing this picture just made me think about how long we’ve been together, and how much we’ve aged together, and he still makes my heart skip now just as much as he did back then. He’s aged very well, in my humble and biased opinion!

Sure, the photoshopping is a little tacky, but sis liked this better than the waterfall background. Heck maybe I’ll just post a weekly picture of us taking a trip around the world or something.

Today is the day for my MRI. I’m a little nervous, because as much as I want to know exactly what the problem is, I really really don’t. This weekend, we’ll try to spoil my hubby a little bit, fill his belly with steak and potatoes, and try not to wake him up when he falls asleep at 6:30 on the couch. hehe!

It sounds like you have a relationship many should be envious of! :smile: And what a great day planned for your husband’s birthday! What could be better for a man than steak and potatoes and being invited to fall asleep on the sofa without being woke up!
