In order for me to proceed with your order, please review these simple terms of use. Once I receive confirmation that you understand these terms, I can begin working on your project.

Artist retains copyright to commissioned artwork.

Artwork is for personal use and display only, and may not be reproduced without licensing.

Royalty free licensing* is an additional option that must be purchased.

Commissioning the artwork covers talent and labor to create, it does not cover licensing or release of copyright on the artwork.

*Royalty-free licensing: Once purchased, the artwork may be used as many times as you’d like, in as many ways as you’d like. It does not release copyright, you do not own the image outright but you are permitted to use it on products & merchandise without paying royalties on the sales of those products. Artwork must be used and/or displayed as-is.

**Full Copyright-release: If you obtain a full copyright release, the image is yours to do with as you please, including manipulation and revision, resale and redistribution.
