Notes: Custom Cat & Dog Portrait – a longhaired tuxedo cat paired with her best friend, a golden retriever. This was presented as a gift to their owner for her Birthday.
Luke & Ella look just like my pets. I have a long haired domestic cat name Zeus and a dark golden retriever like the one in your painting named Timber. This painting caught my eye.
I have a golden retriever and a tuxedo cat, both of which we got within a year of each other ten years ago. They have had the chance to grow old together and form a wonderful bond. This painting reminded me amazingly of their relationship. (However, my cat is a shorthair) Amazing work!

This looks EXACTLY like my cat and dog – so bizzare. They are both old – the cat is 16 (female, Spunky) and the dog (female, Bre) is 14. Could I order a print of this by any chance? thanks so much
Hi Jennifer – How sweet that you have the same pair! I wish I could offer a print but unfortunately I can’t. The glossy finish of this piece provided a really blown out scan that just wouldn’t make a very nice print. 🙁
