Just for fun, I thought I’d go over with you some of the things people (you?) look for when you land here. For the month of June, these are my most interesting keyword searches:
36+21+21+15 = 93 people looking for “ankle tattoos”/”him tattoos”/”unique tattoos”/”unique tattoo” . I have two tattoos in my ankle area, this is one of them, here. I have one on my chest that is a “cover up” for another I had underneath it. So, I’ve gone through 4 tattoos, and my hubby has, um, a whole bunch, too. If you are looking for a custom tattoo or design or something, I can highly recommend an amazing artist who loves linework and teenie unique details, go see Lolo!
26+12 = 38 people searching “belly buttons”/”bellybutton”. Why, yes I have one of those. I took a pic of it once on a dare from my friend Erikie. Now my belly button has to be the most sought after belly button on the internet. If you have a belly button fetish, mine is a good belly button to oogle over, and google, too. I guess. I like it, I think my belly button is cute, and it reminds me of my mom.
25 folks looking just for “Leanne”! You found me! TA DA! Here I am! Hey! Where are you going? Okay, so she spells it LeAnn or something. Well you spelled it correctly, so don’t be sad you landed here. Wait! Come back!!
22 people searching for “monochromatic paintings”. I have those too! Not very many, but if you order one I’ll have one more! Or wait, maybe you were looking for a “how-to-paint-em” type place? You could always order one (hinting again) and watch me paint on webcam?
17 searched “oil paintings”. Yay! I paint those! So what kind? If I don’t have what you’re looking for, I’m bound to know someone who does.
17 put “xoxoxo” into the searchbar. I’m really not sure what these folks were expecting to get for search results there, but “awwwww”! That’s so sweet! xoxoxo!!
13 “stargazer lily” searches, most excellent floral preference, I must say. I’ve painted a stargazer, photographed stargazers, and grow them in my front yard. They’re quite lovely flowers, and the smell, oh. my. My favorite, and apparently I’m not the only one who loves them!
11 “gerber daisy” seekers. Yes I love them, too!
10 folks looking for “catfish pics”. I’m sorry, I don’t have pics of the new Guiness Book world record kadjillion pound catfish. The catfish pics I have are those photos I took of a project I did for the City of Rock Island, where I painted a 5-1/2 foot tall catfish. It’s fiberglass. Harumpf.
10 people are looking for “pretty girls”. Well I know you must be talking about my daughters, right? Ich please don’t be a perv. We’ve got plenty of pretty girls here, starting with me (of course) and going right down my list of active readers, I think we’re all quite lovely! So quit being disgusting and show some appreciation for us non-celeb types, would you? Thanks.

A site I know gets over 3000 keyword searches on ‘belly button’ a week, so you’ve got a little way to go yet 😉
Oh I’m sure my belly button isn’t all that, or a bag of chips.
That was, however, 2005. I haven’t really kept on top of how many people have found my belly button since then.
