Of course any zoo is a great zoo in my book, and I’m thankful we have one nearby. It’s small, honestly it doesn’t take more than an hour to walk through – but I kinda hang out with the critters, talk to them, study them, and of course photograph them. I can never get out of the zoo with fewer than 100 pics on my memory card.
Oh, yes, and the kids had a good time, too!

I’ve seen enough gators, thanks…
Love the tiger, but it always makes me sad to see them caged… the color of that blue frog is amazing…
Hey, I want to go to fun city too!!!! The blue frog is sure to win. That picture is amazing!!!!!!
What zoo is this? Brookfield?
Love the Bengal Tiger, so pretty!!!! The blue frog is really cool too! Glad you all had fun!
These pictures are so good. Did you get any to enter into the contest?
YellowRose – this is Niabi zoo, it’s just a smidgen of a fraction of Brookfield, but enough to satisfy, know what I mean?
Nancy – there are a couple I’d like to enter – the t-rex for the non-animal and the gecko for the animal shot – I don’t think they’d expect anyone to get that good a shot from behind that foggy caged glass. I love the detail in it!
Thanks for coming along!
