What were you doing 10 years ago?
1995. I was working, all the time, for Roadway Express. I worked out on the dock for 7 days on, 7 days off, 12 hour days. I was a clerk, and about now I was either freezing my tushie off, trying to write with layers of gloves on, or I was cozy in bed trying to get enough sleep for my next shift.

What were you doing 1 year ago?
I was trying to put on a happy face for the girls while Daddy was in Iraq over Christmas. I was feverishly painting Talis & Meowface, which I believe I finished just a day or two before Christmas Eve.

Five snacks you enjoy:
1. Yogurt

FIVE WIERD HABITS MEME

The rules: The first player of this game starts with the topic “Five Weird Habits of Yourself” and people who get tagged need to write an entry about their five weird habits as well as state this rule clearly. In the end, you need to choose the next five people to be tagged and link to their web journals. Do not forget to leave a comment in their blog or journal that says “You are Tagged” and tell them to read yours.

Leanne’s 5 wierd habits:
1. I chew on the inside of my bottom lip when I paint.
2. I wear a hat in the morning when I wake up looking like Frankenstein’s bride.
3. According to my daughter “everything is wierd about me” but because I’m her mom and she doesn’t know any differently, she can’t give me anything specific.
4. I have an addiction to Fat Free French Vanilla Creamer, if I happen to run out – I have to go to the store before I even pour a fresh cup of coffee.
5. I listen to the same CD’s over, and over, and over while I’ve got a painting in progress. When I start a new painting – I mix myself a fresh CD.
