    She’s going to be beautiful when she’s got her woodworking finished and a nice shiny coat of varnish, huh? There’s something so basic and beautiful about string instruments. I’m glad I started this piece today!

    I played viola through middle school and a couple years in high school. Mark bought me one for Christmas a few years ago, and I play it every now and then.
