Meet Baby Buffy, half bichon frise and half havanese, this cute little girl is stylin’ in her little red dress and pink collar. I’ll be painting her in oil on a 4″ x 4″ canvas. I sketched her up yesterday afternoon and will work on her within the next week or two.

Beautiful work, Leanne! Thank you for sharing your progress!
oh she’s just too stinking cute!! and she looks fabulous in her tutu! :clapping:
Looks good. I’m just curious. Do you exclusively traditional media or have you tried something like Corel Paint as well?
Thanks so much – she is a cutie and will be fun to paint. 🙂
Pearl – My custom portraits at this point are all in oils unless another media is requested. I do paint in india inks, colored pencil, oil pastel – anything, really. While my illustrations start in pencil and paper, I do complete them in Paint Shop Pro. 🙂
she’s so cute and your portrait is excellent!
Wow, what a beautiful little dog. I love the bichon frise and the havanese, so I guess you can’t go wrong with a mix of the two!
